Newbold Services, LLC., one of the leading providers of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a hands-on Supervisor with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude for a facility located in Port Gibson MS. Qualifications: MUST pass drug screen and background check. - To lead and to supervise associates. - Ensure that janitorial work and floor projects are completed within required standards. - Employee training and counseling - Conduct Inspections - Assist with interviews and onboarding process. - Ability to lead and supervise. - Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. - Previous supervisory experience required. - A strong work ethic - The ability to work alone or within a team is a must. - Steel toe shoes required. - Must pass plant required testing to be considered for employment.
