Our Data and Insights team is looking for a Data Analyst who’s eager to support our newsroom, product, advertising, and marketing teams by using data to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue. This role will work alongside other analysts to analyze content performance, audience engagement, subscription trends, and advertising effectiveness to inform decision-making across the organization. What You’ll Do: - Use GA4 Data, Chartbeat, and other tools to surface real-time insights and trends - Track and analyze website traffic, reader behavior, and content performance using Google Analytics and similar tools. - Build and maintain dashboards that help teams quickly understand what’s working (and why) - Write and optimize SQL queries in BigQuery to pull clean, reliable datasets for analysis - Translate analytics into action (clear recommendations, not just charts) - Support goal setting activity by provid...
