ACCOUNT MANAGMENT: - Oversees integrated facility services which include managing, maintenance, custodial services and contracted service contracts. - Acts as primary liaison with all customer departments, actively ensuring that service is prompt, responsive, effective and that inter- departmental concerns are addressed and resolved for ABM covered service activities - Performs daily walk through of the Hillsboro, OR site to ensure that the property, infrastructure and its associated equipment operate safely, efficiently and reliably. - Following daily walk through create work order tickets, escalate and oversee completion in a timely manner - Review work or...
