About the Role: - Support the coordination and delivery of neighbourhood land development and construction projects in accordance with approved plans, budgets, schedules, and municipal requirements. - Assist with tendering activities, contractor coordination, and review of project submissions and deliverables. - Read and interpret construction drawings, municipal standards, subdivision agreements, and infrastructure requirements. - Coordinate with builders, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and municipalities to support project progress and lot grading compliance. - Conduct site visits and neighbourhood inspections to monitor construction progress, identify deficiencies, and support issue resolution. - Track project schedules, costs, deficiencies, an...
