Field Management Team Leader

Job description

Goldenergy is seeking a senior professional to lead and continuously improve field operations in distributed energy and electrification solutions. This position will be responsible for the end-to-end operational management of equipment installation activities, including public EV charging stations, residential EV chargers, solar PV systems, and battery storage solutions. The Field Management Team Leader will act as the link between strategy and execution, ensuring installations are delivered safely, efficiently, consistently, and at the quality level expected by Goldenergy and its customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage installation partners and oversee field execution from a technical, operational, and quality perspective. Conduct site audits and installation visits, accompany field teams when needed, validate technical solutions, assess partner performance, and approve completed work. Define and refine installation standards, technical requirements, operating procedures, and quality controls for all products and services.
