The Community Lead is responsible for the delivery of meaningful experiences on the bike for RCC Members. Your mission is to bring the Rapha brand to life by localizing Rapha’s retail and community strategy through a diverse program of rides, events, and activations. By serving as the face of Rapha in your city, you attract new members to the Rapha Cycling Club (RCC) ensuring the Clubhouse experience drives RCC and Community engagement. 2.
