Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and professional positions. - Lead high volume recruiting efforts for specialized machinist positions including CNC machinists, setup technicians, programmers, toolmakers, and other precision manufacturing roles. - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning, and job requirements. - Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, trade schools, employee referrals, networking, and community partnerships. - Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate onsite interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process. - Maintain and track candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard to fill manufacturing and machining positions. - Coordinate recruiting events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives targeting skilled manufacturing talent. - Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the SPECTRIX employer brand. - Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support onboarding and hiring compliance activities. - Monitor recruiting metrics inclu...
