Overview: We are seeking an experienced Analyst / Quality Validation Analyst to support data accuracy and integrity across call center and billing operations. This role will focus on verifying data, performing quality checks, and validating billing and customer interaction information to ensure accurate reporting, invoicing, and operational performance. This role requires a proactive, detail oriented professional who can work collaboratively with many cross functional teams. This role is located in Stamford, CT and will require onsite or hybrid work schedule (5 days a week onsite or hybrid of 4 days onsite, 1 day from home).
