Head of Formulation

Job description

We are hiring for a Head of Formulation Development based in our Braeside Manufacturing Site. Purpose: This senior role plays a crucial role in developing new product formulation development according to the Innovation strategy. The position covers product and process development across process improvement initiatives as well as extending and creating new dosage forms and formats. It requires designing and conducting experiments and trials in the laboratory and production within specified timeframes and progressing these ideas to commercialisation. This role reports to the Group Product Development Director and is a leadership role within the Innovation & Development Services Function. Whilst being a leadership role, this role is looking for a hands-on leader who is outcome focused coupled with strong collaborative skills to work with diverse cross functional stakeholders across marketing, commercial, product quality and international teams This role will be based in our Braeside Manufacturing Site in Victoria.
