Role Overview The IT Network Manager is to lead a talented team while staying deeply involved in the engineering work that keeps our enterprise networks secure, scalable, and high performing. Key Responsibilities: - Deep, hands-on experience with enterprise LAN/WAN environments, routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless systems. - Proficiency with enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN controllers, and cloud networking concepts. - Solid understanding of network security practices—including VPNs, IDS/IPS, threat detection, and secure architecture principles. - Familiarity with cloud networking in AWS (VPC, Direct Connect) or Azure (VNet, ExpressRoute). - Experience with ITIL practices and disciplined approaches to change, incident, and problem management.
