Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Maintains accurate records of all incoming and outgoing products or materials. This includes tracking quantities, conducting regular physical inventory counts, and reconciling any discrepancies between the recorded inventory and actual stock. Monitors inventory levels and determines when to reorder products to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Matches invoices from suppliers, confirms warehouse inventory is sufficient, and returns incorrect, old, or obsolete stock to vendors. Organizes and sends copies of purchase orders to corporate offices, and processes incoming purchase orders by compiling necessary information and records to prepare for the procurement of materials.
