Physiotherapy Lead - Outpatients The Chiltern Hospital and The Shelburne Hospital 30 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000.00 FTE per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Chiltern Hospital in Great Missenden and The Shelburne Hospital in High Wycombe is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapy to join their team of staff in the Outpatients department. This is a part time role for 30 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Lead the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care across all relevant clinical areas. - Maintain a specialist caseload, providing expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation planning. - Provide line management and clinical supervision to physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students. - Oversee the day-to-day running of the physiotherapy service, including staff rotas, clinic planning, and workload allocati...
