WORK PERFORMED: Within limits of over-all established policies, performs duties such as following: - Properly determines classification rate and routing for all domestic or foreign shipments. - Communicates with carriers in order to obtain special support with respect to availability of equipment, rates, etc. - Reviews papers on all shipmates, to determine propriety of freight classification, tariffs and rates. - In those cases of International freight, will determine proper schedule B numbers and Harmonized numbers for Bell Helicopter parts. - Will complete all documents for all international shipments such as Shippers Export Declaration, NAFTA certificate, certificate of origin, Chamber certificates, Performa invoices and an...
