You’ll be at the heart of how we deliver an exceptional experience to both our Stinters and our Partners - ensuring every interaction reflects our values of efficiency, empathy, and excellence. What you will be doing: - Be the first point of contact for Stinters, Partners, and internal teams via chat, email, and phone - delivering fast, friendly, and effective support. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time, balancing empathy with efficiency. - Maintain clear and accurate records of user interactions and feedback in internal systems. - Escalate complex cases to senior team members or other departments when needed. - Spot trends, share insights, and suggest improvements to enhance our support operations. - Represent Stint’s tone of voice and values in every conversation. - Contribute to team projects and process improvements that make the experience even better for users.
