The role has a base rate of $16 per hour with the potential to earn $25/hour with gratuity ** POSITION SUMMARY: The Falling Rock Butler delivers highly personalized, anticipatory service to guests of a luxury private resort. This role is responsible for creating exceptional, discreet, and seamless guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure. The associate in this role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, ensuring all preferences are met with the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
