Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Monday 12:00 pm-11:00 pm Individualized Tasks: - PA Gemba: Weekly Review of a Process area in the building. - Hour by Hour Monitoring: With the roll-out of new Hour by Hour boards in Gate 1, NLS manager will be the Tier 0 as part of the layered audit. Tracking and reporting based on feedback from the Tier 1 and Tier 2 audits. - Area Audit: All zones (final TBD) within the building will be audited at a standard cadence. Review focused on Safety, 5S, and Muda. - 5S Audit: Daily 5S audit of areas within building. This would also include non-production areas. - PAO Audit: Review of existing PAO board for process adherence and report to OMs. - Team Building Exercise: Work with supervisors and OMs to identify opportunities for morale improvement with an additional focus on identifying underutilized talent in the workforce. - Business Analyst Check-in: Daily check in with supporting BA for issues or needs. - Training Team Workshop: Weekly Session to get needs from Weekend Training team for gaps and opportunities for improvement.
