Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for a detail-oriented Drafting Manager to join our team at our Norwest Head Office. As the Drafting Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the drafting team to ensure timely, accurate and compliant documentation across tender, contract and construction stages. The role ensures all plans align with building regulations, internal policies and customer requirements while upholding quality, consistency and operational efficiency. This includes managing workflow to deliver consistent work allocation across Tenders, Contracts, DA/CDC Lodgements and FTC KPIs. In addition to people leadership, the Drafting Manager drives workflow management, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration and technical accuracy across the department.
