Job Summary The Senior Vice President, Shared Services is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to all shared services functions, including finance, human resources, information technology, procurement, and other centralized support functions. This role will be in office at our Franklin, TN headquarters. Remote work is not available for this position. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and strategic goals. The SVP collaborates with senior leadership to optimize processes and implement best practices that support the organization's growth and operational excellence. Only candidates with previous large scale, mulitiple function shared services leadership experience will be considered.
