Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Associate's degree, trade school certification, other verifiable training in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience working in a clean room environment. - 3 years of experience with wafer inspection, lithography tools (e.g., EBL, Coaters, and contact aligners), deposition tools (e.g., Sputter and E-Beam), etch tools (e.g., RIE andICP), measurement tools (e.g., LEXT, Tencor, and AOI), and microscopes. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working in a clean room environment. - Experience with microfabrication equipment and processes. - Experience handling silicon wafers or similar substrate form factors. - Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs. About the job: In the Device Hardware group, we fabricate wafers to support all of quantum research using specialized tools and equipment. Our work includes research on quantum processor performance and qubit environment, investigation of new technologies, and hardening of current technologies for deployment.
