Job Summary: The Janitorial Staff is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium property’s common areas and exterior grounds. This role includes daily cleaning duties, proper handling and disposal of trash and recycling, and ensuring all areas meet community standards and sanitation regulations. The position requires hands-on work and attention to detail to help provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
