About the Role: The Market Director, Real Estate is a senior-level role responsible for leading and executing the company’s real estate strategy within a defined geographic market. This individual will be the local expert and primary point of contact for all regional development activity, interfacing closely with municipalities, customers, JV partners, and vendors. The role requires a deep understanding of local entitlement processes, customer deployments, and competitive dynamics, while also playing a critical role in sales support, external engagement, and internal cross-functional coordination.
