This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE ROLE: We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a ServiceNow Expert/Developer for a national project. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY: - Contribution to the collation and the definition of functional requirements (workshops with end users, specifications documents); - Advanced integration & developments (enhancements, bug fixes, etc); - Platform administration and support (maintenance, upgrades, incident management with Service-Now & other internal teams); - Documentation writing (dev procedures, user guides, admin guide, etc); - Support to the Platform advanced Country touchpoints; - Organisation of training sessions. 💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Academic degree in IT or at least 5 years of expertise on IT field; - Technical and functional expertise on ServiceNow (mandatory). - Mastering of Servicenow Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM and IRE mechanism; - Experience with Javascrip...
