Our team is expanding and we are hiring for a Process Engineer. This role will drive performance, quality, and efficiency across Accredo’s high‑speed flexographic printing operations. Focus on optimizing W&H press systems, improving print quality, reducing waste, and ensuring consistent, repeatable production. Work cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and OEM partners to troubleshoot issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Location: Sugar Land, TX: Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain standardized process parameters (tension, pressure, viscosity, temperature, impression, speed). Reduce defects, downtime, and waste through structured root‑cause analysis. Lead Lean/Six Sigma/DOE‑based improvement projects to increase throughput and reliability. Run press trials for new inks, substrates, coatings, plates, and process changes; document and implement improvements. Partner with Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and strengthen preventive/predictive maintenance. Train operators on SOPs, setup method...
