Position Title: Chief Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider Practitioner Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM), Department of Hospital Medicine is seeking an APP Chief of Advanced Practice Provider Practitioner to join our faculty. The HMU Chief APP at Boston Medical Center will develop the strategy and infrastructure for Advanced Practice Provider (APP) staff within the Hospitalist Medicine Unit. The Chief APP will have primary responsibility for staff supervision, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, and manage operational tasks such as scheduling and workflow improvements. Additionally, the Chief APP will balance clinical responsibilities with administrative duties, providing mentorship, education, and leadership within the department. This supervisory position reports to the HMU Medical Director and GIM Section Chief, while working collaboratively with relevant administrative and clinical leadership to advance the agenda and goals of Boston Medical Center.
