Job Description Job Purpose: The Sr Analyst, Strategic Planning & Insights will own , analyze and integrate large internal and external datasets from different sources to support data driven decision making across commercial strategy and sales execution. The Sr Analyst will own responsibility over modeling sophisticated retail problems, discovering actionable insights and surfacing sales enablement opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques. The candidate should have extended business knowledge as well as technical abilities. The Sr. Analyst should be able to translate business critical metrics into data requirements then either develop or partner with Business Intelligence to generate scalable final data sets and reporting outputs. This role partners closely with business leadership, commercial teams, and data engineering groups to transform and communicate complex data into impactful business recommendations and support automation and process optimization .
