Job description

SUMMARY: The Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator consults, shares and contributes safety and health information and resources. This position fulfills their duties, obligations, and directions with a professional and skilled manner.  This position also collaborates with all departments to ensure that workplace hazards are identified and mitigated. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs): - 100% completion of all assigned Incident Investigations and RCAs - 50% review of bi-annual JSA/JHA - Assist with ESG Committee and set project goals and meet minimum 1x per month. - Assist with Safety Committee and meet a minimum of 1X per month. - New Hire /Contractor Orientations - Gemba Walks ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Assist in the development and implementation of effective occupational health, safety, ergonomics and industrial hygiene programs, including health services functions and maintenance of related policy and procedures in accordance with Hoshizaki EHS program requirements. - Ensure OSHA compliance within the Hoshizaki Facility including but not limited to: Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT’s); New Hire safety training and ongoing safety training; Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding a...
