Advertisement Closes: 05/21/2026 12:00 AM Pay Grade: Grade 17 Salary: $20.30 - $25.24 Hourly Time Type: Full time Health Department: North Central District Health Department Summary: General Duties Include: Supervises approximately 12 support staff across Henry, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble County Health Departments responsible for maintaining the Patient Services Reporting System (PSRS). Provides comprehensive staff management, including scheduling, work assignments, leave coordination, training, technical support, and performance evaluation in alignment with agency standards. Interprets and communicates agency policies and procedures. Collaborates with Executive Staff and the Director of Nursing to manage clinic flow, monitor staffing trends, and lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives. Stays current on PSRS, policy, and records management updates and disseminates information to staff through meetings and written communications. Performs patient service functions within electronic systems, including scheduling, reception, and WIC benefit issuance.
