As Head of Supply Chain, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain processes at Pernod Ricard France, ensuring operational excellence that supports our financial performance and customer satisfaction in both On Trade and Off Trade markets. You will lead and develop our supply chain teams, while representing the supply chain function across the organization and the Group. You will anticipate, define, and implement organizational and process adaptations to meet customer expectations and market evolution, positioning Pernod Ricard France's supply chain as an industry benchmark and competitive advantage. Your key missions: Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the supply chain department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Coach and develop team members, ensuring alignment with business evolution and market trends. Develop a strategic roadmap for the supply chain function, adapting to the company's evolving needs, and establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance.
