Who we are looking for State Street Markets is a globally recognized and systemically important capital markets business spanning multi-asset-class (i.e., FX, FICC, Equities) agency, principle trading and outsourced trading services, coupled with a world leading physical & synthetic securities financing program, and suite of market infrastructure products, including our FCA regulated Multilateral Trading Facility for FX markets. We are seeking a highly experienced and tenured compliance professional to lead the compliance oversight program for a strategically important business line within State Street Markets UK. This role requires deep subject matter expertise in multi-asset-class Capital Markets & Financial Instrument Trading (i.e., FX, FICC, Equities), Algorithmic Trading and Swap-Dealer Financial Markets Trading, combined with a strong understanding of UK and pan-European regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID II, MAR, MiFIR), industry best practice and market conventions (e.g., Global FX Code).
