Your Impact Lead packaging operations at one of Australia’s most iconic breweries based in Yatala , QLD. In this senior site leadership role, you’ll set the standard for performance and continuous improvement, leveraging Asahi Way principles to deliver operational excellence. You’ll oversee all packaging lines, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while building and developing a high-performing team. A Day in the Life: Your day starts by reviewing safety and production performance before connecting with your team on the floor. You’ll lead operational priorities, troubleshoot line issues, and ensure packaging performance stays on track.
