Job description

Overview The primary role of a Lead Lifeguard is to ensure the safety of all Inn & Lodge guests, Suncadia & Tumble Creek Club members, their families and guests that are utilizing the pool or water slide facilities. As a team member at Suncadia, you'll participate in building teamwork, effectiveness of services, and the overall character of the resort experience. As a Lead you'll also plan and facilitate trainings for other Lifeguards. There's no place like Suncadia.
