Optime Group, a leader in aviation recruitment, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Resourcing Consultant to spearhead our recruitment initiatives at Gatwick Airport. While previous recruitment experience is beneficial, it’s not a requirement – with the right attitude, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive! Based at our head office in Crawley, we’re expanding our team and looking for a talented individual to handle recruitment across various airports in the UK.
