Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse/ MAT Care Manager to join its busy team at our Riverhead site Position Summary: The Registered Nurse/ MAT Care Manager is a part of multidisciplinary team within Sun River Health that uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and the use of resources. This position will monitor quality of care to ensure that infection control, risk management and all other aspects of services are appropriate.
