Your Opportunity Stantec Consulting’s mining team consists of more than 800 engineers and technicians working from offices around the globe. The mining group is composed of Mining, Geotechnical and Hydrogeological Engineers as well as Geologists providing services primarily to the mining industry. Our western Canadian mining team is based in Calgary and Vancouver and works for mining clients across a wide range of commodities, as well as supporting Stantec’s North American and international offices. Projects range from scoping level mine planning and design through to feasibility studies, permitting and operational support and into reclamation and closure activities. As part of Stantec’s mining team, you will be part of a highly motivated team involved in mine engineering studies, ranging from open pit mine design and scheduling through capital and operating cost estimates.
