As the Billing and Collections Analyst, you will oversee the billing and credit/collections functions for a global organization and leverage and improve all related systems. In this role, you act as the subject matter expert for all things related to customer billings, credit and collection, and all related system activities. It is your goal to take the existing processes and create, improve, and optimize the efficiency of billing and credit/collections functions via automation of manual processes and establishing best practices.
