Role Overview This role is responsible for translating business priorities into daily operational execution, ensuring throughput, quality, and inventory accuracy targets are consistently achieved. The Manager directly leads supervisors and/or frontline associates and drives a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Own: Operational Execution: - Lead end-to-end intake operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and productivity targets are met. - Align staffing and workflow to volume fluctuations and business priorities. - Ensure strict adherence to inventory control, chain-of-custody, and security standards. People Leadership: - Manage, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and/or operations associates. - Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability through KPIs. - Support talent development and workforce planning. Process Improvement: - Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements. - Implement process enhancements that improve accuracy, reduce rework, and optimize labor. - Partner cross-functionally with Vault, Marketplace, and Tech teams to improve workflow integration.
