Business Development Manager – GRC Enterprise Sales (Benelux) Archer (25-year market leader in Integrated Risk Management SaaS) Location: Netherlands (remote within Benelux with occasional travel) Territory: Benelux (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg): The Business Development Manager is a high-impact enterprise seller who owns the full sales cycle for large accounts in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space across the Benelux region. You will leverage Archer’s strong brand recognition to win new logos and drive significant expansion within existing strategic accounts in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This is a true hunter role that demands proven large-deal execution, deep GRC domain expertise, and the ability to run complex, multi-quarter strategic sales cycles — both direct and indirectly through selected Big 4 consulting partners. Principal Accountabilities: Consistently win €1M+ ARR per annum through new business and expansion sales into complex enterprise accounts across Benelux.
