Function: To oversee the day-to-day operations of the Attended Donation Centers. Essential Functions: (must be able to perform these functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation). Ensure each ADC is clean, neat, organized, and safe. Train new Donation Attendants at the ADC they are assigned to. Audit ADCs to ensure commitment to Riverflow. Ensure Donation Attendants are providing world class customer service. Fill in as needed when an ADC is not covered. Ensure donations are processed in 24 hours.
