About the role As the Regional After Sales Representative – Passenger Cars, He/She is responsible for building and maintaining a strong and customer-focused After Sales service level in the designated region. He/She supports the network of local dealers and dealer groups, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction. He/She plays an important role in developing, implementing, and maintaining service products and After Sales propositions. He/She ensures that service procedures are carried out correctly and perform all necessary administrative tasks. This role reports directly to the Aftersales Manager in Italy. Key responsibilities: - Support the dealer network, focusing on high quality and mutual satisfaction, and act as the BYD after-sales contact person.
