In this role, you will capture and consolidate distributed institutional knowledge across programs through structured discovery interviews with subject matter experts. You'll synthesize qualitative findings into standardized documentation, identify process inefficiencies and knowledge gaps, and work cross-functionally to translate tacit expertise into accessible, centralized resources. This position offers hands-on experience in operational improvement, stakeholder engagement, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate knowledge management while contributing to onboarding materials and program documentation that support organizational effectiveness.
