Job Description: Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for either a motivated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work with our Palliative Medicine team. This position provides symptom management for patients with serious or life limiting illnesses and leads goals of care conversations with patients and families. This position is 100% inpatient. Schedule: Monday-Friday: No nights required. Participation in a weekend on call rotation every 6 to 8 weeks and a shared holiday rotation with the team.
