We have a fantastic opportunity for a Land Consultant to join our growing Land & New Homes Team, this role plays a pivotal role within the team and reports directly to the Land Director. Beresfords are Essex’s leading independent estate agency and property group, who have been running for over 50 years. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience within our large network across the county, as such we can offer great career development and progression opportunities. Alongside our well-known residential Sales and Lettings teams, we also have specialisms in Surveying, Financial Services, Commercial, Holiday Lets and Land & New Homes. Our Land & New Homes team has experienced significant growth with the market share of new homes in Essex, the role of Land Consultant will work closely with the new homes team. This is a varied role and one which will allow you to see the whole process from identifying the land to the construction and sale of new homes.
