Overview As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial landscape by spearheading the analysis, reporting, and forecasting the expenses of LoanCare’s operating and support functions. This dynamic position calls for an analytical thinker with a proactive approach, collaborating closely with business units to drive financial awareness, identify savings opportunities, and optimize overall profitability. Responsibilities: - Take the lead in analysing, reporting, and addressing departmental variances to budget/forecast. - Analyse key vendor spend and identify opportunities for savings. - Lead reporting, analysis, and forecasting of for selected expenses for the organization. - Monitor and report Capital expenditure for the organization assisting with ROI analysis as needed. - Produce monthly performance reports for operational teams, communicating results to Senior Leadership. - Analyse headcount related expenses with special attention to volume, rate and mix drivers. - Act as a vital member of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, reporting directly to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis.
