Functional Product Owner (FPO) – Quote & Negotiate (AIR & LCL)

Job description

As a Functional Product Owner (FPO) for the Quote & Negotiate process, you will play a meaningful role in shaping how we deliver fast, accurate, and customer centric quoting across our global AIR & LCL products. This role is central to our OP26 prioritie s—designing, implementing, and improving standardised processes that help us reduce sales effort, speed up time to market , enhance customer experience, and strengthen invoice accuracy. You’ll drive end to end process excellence and maturity, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Pricing, Product, Platform, and GSC to turn business needs into clear, measurable outcomes. Your focus will be on ensuring that our processes are not only thoughtfully designed but truly adopted and continuously improved. Success in this role means better enablement of frontline teams, faster quoting for customers, stronger process compliance, and a more seamless experience for everyone who interacts with the process.
