What You’ll Do: Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers. Produce concise reports from PPM visits to be submitted promptly in line with KPI’s from our customers. Keep various schedules and trackers of maintenance works up to date for visibility of both BMSI and our customers. Carry out small repairs & remedial works.
