Job Summary: The Paint Line & Coating Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all daily operations within the paint and coating department, including pretreatment, powder coating, wet paint application, curing, and final inspection. This role ensures production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
