Power the party from behind the scenes! Join our Tech Support team and help deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot the technology that brings the festival to life. These full-time, temporary positions run between July 20-27 on the festival site near Salmo, BC. We also have a longer-term Tech Assistant position available on this team for the right candidate, which would start ASAP and run until August. The Tech Support position will play a crucial role within the Tech Department, providing essential support to SMF staff with technical issues. This role involves being on standby to respond to tech service calls, troubleshooting and documenting issues, and assisting in the installation and maintenance of hardware and cables. The Tech Support position works closely with the Tech Assistant and Supervisor, as well as the Tech Director, to ensure the smooth operation of technology across the festival.
