As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—installing, maintaining, and elevating cutting‑edge microscopy systems across the Americas. What You’ll Do: - Own system installs & commissioning — set up advanced microscopy platforms and train users to hit the ground running. - Keep systems at peak performance — deliver expert preventive and corrective maintenance. - Troubleshoot like a pro — dig deep into hardware/software issues and resolve them fast, onsite or remotely. - Build strong customer relationships — deliver confident communication, clear training, and dependable support. - Upgrade & optimize systems — calibrate components and implement performance‑boosting enhancements.
