About Us Sofina Foods is one of Canada's leading manufacturers of primary and further processed protein products for retail and foodservice customers as well as international markets. We manufacture pork, beef, turkey, chicken and fish products. Our family of brands include Cuddy, Lilydale, Janes, Mastro, San Daniele, Fletcher's. Vienna, Riserva and Zamzam. We are also the exclusive distributor of Italy's finest Rio Mare, Lavazza and San Benedetto products in Canada. We are hiring an Oven Associate at our Sofina plant in Belleville, ON. What do we offer: - Shift: 3pm to 11pm (occasional rotation may be required) - Start hourly rate: $21.00/hr - Overtime opportunities - Afternoon and Night Premiums - 12 months contract Position Summary: The Oven Associate supports daily oven operations by monitoring cooking temperatures, completing inspections and checklists, handling product transfers, and ensuring proper sanitation. All tasks are performed in line with Quality, Food Safety, and Health & Safety standards.
