The Position: The Assistant Property Manager (Resident Services Manager) is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive support in all aspects of the property operations. A successful Resident Services Manager will provide excellent customer service to our residents, take pride in the property, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of the property and Tailwind Group. The Property: The Outpost Waco is a unique housing community consisting of 195 units and 543 beds, designed with Baylor University students in mind.
